Life in Year 2
Hello and a warm welcome to Year 2!
We have an exciting year ahead of us with some great theme topics including, 'Space', 'Dinosaurs' and 'Safari'.
In Year 2 our classroom environment is bright and welcoming. The classroom is organised into different working areas which are themed and resourced to enhance the learning of our current topic. The professional and dedicated staff in Year 2 strive to create a happy and nurturing environment for all the children.
During their time in Year 2, children will learn through a range of engaging, creative and motivating activities within the classroom setting and outdoors. In Year 2 we foster a growth mindset so that children become confident in embracing new challenges, persevering and can inspire and encourage each other through their learning journeys.
