The Year 6 learning journey is an exciting one, as children acquire new knowledge and skills and also build upon prior learning. The staff team are on hand to support the children in all they do, ensuring they reach their potential.

One of our primary aims in Year 6 is to support the the children in taking on greater responsibilities around the school and also to create more confident, independent learners.   We aim to challenge them both physically and mentally through a range of exciting outdoor/indoor learning experiences. 

A favourite is our annual Year 6 residential trip where the children are encouraged to try new experiences, to support each other and develop qualities such as resilience and self-care.
